摘　　要：建设大型仪器平台首先要从平台的运行管理机制入手,成立组织机构对平台实行宏观管理,落实管理机构对平台实行长效管理,健全规章制度使平台运行管理制度化、规范化,设立开放基金和维修基金,建立大型仪器考核制度和激励机制,充分调动机组和教师管理好、使用好仪器,以达到优质资源共享、开放共用的目的。Construction of the large-scale instruments and equipment platform begins with the platform＇s operating management.It is important to set up organizations to perform marco-management,to make sure the long term and effective management of the platform by the administrative agency,to make a perfect system so that the platform operating management follows well defined policies and standards,to establish open fund and maintenance fund.It is also useful to have an appraisal system for providing incentives to encourage instructors and laboratory staff to use the equipment in an appropriate and professional manner,in order to promote the open sharing of quality resources.
