摘　　要：＂大学生创新实验计划＂作为教育部推动创新人才培养的一项重要措施,对调动本科生的主动性、积极性和创造性有重要作用。结合中国地质大学开展＂大学生创新实验计划＂的具体情况,对实施过程中的管理方式、激励机制和存在的问题等进行了总结和探讨。As a major measure of the Ministry of Education to enhance the quality of undergraduate teaching,the innovative experimental program plays an important role in promoting the enthusiasm,the go-aheadism and creativity of undergraduates.Based on the activities at China University of Geosciences,the management mode,encouragement mechanism and problems are summarized and discussed.
