摘　　要：测菌管是一种适用于水、化妆品和涂料等样品中的微生物数量分析的产品。测菌管具有简便、快速、较为准确等优点。在国内首次将测菌管应用于学生的微生物学野外实习的教学,不但使学生了解和掌握了野外环境水体中微生物数量分析的较新方法,并且也有助于学生创新意识的培养,从而取得了很好的教学效果。Mikrocount Combi is a product that is applicable to determine the total number of microorganisms present in water,cosmetics,paints,etc.It has many advantages such as simple,rapid and more accurate.It is the first time in domestic for us to apply Mikrocount Combi to students′the field practice of microbiology.It not only helps the students understand and grasp the new method about determining the total number of microorganisms present in field water,but also fosters their consciousness of innovation.
