摘　　要：在辽宁师范大学多年实验室开放实践的基础上,总结了实验室开放的内容、组织手段、激励机制、条件保障等方面的创新措施和经验。这些创新措施有效地保障了实验室开放工作持续深入开展,并在创新人才培养方面取得很好的效果。The laboratory opening belongs to the Party＇s education policy that colleges and universities are carrying through completely,to adapt the objective requirements of modern science and technology and education edvelopment.Based on the practice of laboratory opening for many years,the innovative measures and experience from the contents,organization means,encouragement mechanism,condition guarantee,etc.of laboratory opening are summed up.These innovative measures effectively guarantee that the laboratory opening work can develop sustainably and deeply,and the good effects should be obtained in the cultivation of innovative talents.
