摘  要:[目的]优化水提醇沉法提取芦根(Rhizoma Phragmitis)多糖的工艺。[方法]探讨提取温度、提取时间、液料比和提取次数对芦根多糖提取率的影响。此基础上,采用响应面分析方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响,并对其工艺参数进行优化。[结果]芦根多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度82℃,提取时间155min,料液比19∶1(W/V),提取2次。在此最优工艺条件下,多糖得率较高达1.226%。[结论]该研究可为芦根多糖的工业化生产提供理论指导。[Objective]The response surface analysis is adopted to optimize the hot water extraction of polysaccharide from Rhizoma phragmitis.[Method]The impact of extraction temperature,extraction time and material-to-water ratio on the yield of polysaccharide are investigated, based on which the response surface analysis is adopted to study the impact of each variable and their interaction on yield of polysaccharide and optimize the extraction parameters.[Result]It is found that optimal parameters for polysaccharides extraction from Rhizoma Phragmitis were based on twice extraction for 155 minutes at 82 ℃ with the material-to-water ratio of 1∶19 (ml/g) .Under the above conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharide could reach as high as 1.226% .[Conclusion]The research provides theoretical guidance for the industrial production of polysaccharide in Rhizoma Phragmitis.
