战略选择、认知凝滞与路径依赖的形成--鲁尔区钢铁产业衰退对我国钢铁产业发展的启示

摘　　要：路径依赖的形成过程涉及不同层面的众多因素。文章通过将路径依赖分为行动上的依赖和认知上的依赖,透过微观企业战略选择和中观社会心理认知凝滞两个视角对区域路径依赖的形成过程进行了分析,指出战略选择倾向于形成路径依赖,而且认知凝滞对行动者的束缚强化了路径依赖的形成。鲁尔区钢铁产业历史发展过程中由于路径依赖所造成的区域发展衰退能为中国钢铁产业的发展提供有益启示。Path dependence involves many factors at different levels.By divid the types of path dependence into action level and cognition level,this paper illustrates the formation of path dependence from the perspectives of strategic choice and cognitive freezing,which have an interaction influence in reinforcing path dependence.The case of the Ruhr area offers valuable enlightenment for Chinese steel industry in avoiding and solving the problem of path dependence.
