芭蕉根的氨基酸成分分析

摘　　要：目的对芭蕉根游离氨基酸的组成及其含量进行分析。方法采用氨基酸自动分析仪进行测定。结果芭蕉根所含游离氨基酸的总量为3446mg/100g,氨基酸的组分为16种,其中包括人体必需氨基酸7种。结论芭蕉根除能药用外,还有较高的营养价值。Objective To analyze the composition of amino acids in Rhizoma Musae. Methods To determine the constituents and contents in amino acids by automatic amino acid analyzer. Results Total free amino acid contents of Rhizoma Musae amounted to 3446 mg/100 g. The amino acid constituents came to 16 types,in which 7 types were essentiall to man. Conclusion In addition to medicinal effect Rhizoma Musae also has high nutritional value.
