摘　　要：目的探讨苦荞提取物对小鼠胃肠运动双向调节作用。方法观察苦荞提取物对腹泻模型小鼠腹泻次数,对便秘模型小鼠的小肠推进运动、排便影响。结果苦荞提物对腹泻模型有一定止泻作用,对便秘模型有一定促进胃肠运动、排便的影响。结论苦荞提取物对胃肠运动具有双向调节作用。Objective To explore the dual-directional regulation of Tartary Buckwheat Extract on gastrointestinal movement of mice. Methods The effects of Tartary Buckwheat extract on diarrhea frequency in diarrhea model mice,promotion movement in constipation of the small intestine mice to promotion movement,and defecation were observed. Results Tartary Buckwheat Extracts had antidiarrheal effect. It could promote gastrointestinal motility,defecation in constipation model mice. Conclusion Tartary Buckwheat extracts have dual-directional regulationon Gastrointestinal movement of mice.
