析模糊限制语在答记者问中的语用功能

摘　　要：对2009年4月2日二十国领导集团伦敦峰会中奥巴马的答记者问进行个案研究,探讨模糊限制语在其中的语用功能。文章首先将语料中的模糊限制语分为四类,然后进行定量分析,最后结合语境得出模糊限制语的五个语用功能:显示客观性,提高语言表达的准确性,提升语言的简洁度,减轻说话人的责任和保全对方面子。研究认为,模糊限制语在答记者问中起着重要的作用。The paper analyses the pragmatic functions of the hedges based on a case study of the new conference held by American President Obama in London on April 2,2009.the author first category the hedges into four types according to the pragmatic classification of hedges,then conducts the quantitative analysis and at last with consideration of the context discusses five pragmatic functions of hedges：showing objectivity,increasing precision,raising concision,reducing the speaker＇s responsibility and protecting others＇ faces.The study shows that hedges play an important role in the news conference.
