摘　　要：本文详细的论述在VC++ 6.0环境下如何开发电力网络仪表驱动程序及数据存储程序。驱动程序基于动态链接库技术和多线程技术实现,数据存储程序采用fastdb存储实时数据,利用SQL Server存储历史数据。实际测试证明,这样的设计方便驱动程序调度,优化了资源配置,提高了系统的实时性。This paper explains in detail how to develop driver and data storage procedures for the power network meters in the VC ＋＋ 6.0 environment. The driver procedure is designed with Dynamic Link Library （DLL） and multithreading technique. The data storage procedure uses fastdb to store real-time data and uses SQL Server to store historical data. It is proved by a mass of tests that this design is convenient for the driver scheduling, optimizing resources and improving the system in real time.
