摘　　要：目的 评价支气管动脉内灌注化疗对中晚期肺癌患者的近期疗效.方法 46例中晚期肺癌的患者,均经介入方法行支气管动脉内灌注化疗,观察术后患者的不良反应,并CT随访肿瘤缩小的情况.结果 所有患者均成功的接受了治疗,术后不良反应少,近期有效率（PR＋CR）达73.9 %.结论 支气管动脉内灌注化疗对晚期肺癌患者是可行的,且能达到良好的效果.Objective To evaluate in the near future effectof bronchia arterial infusion to terminal stages of pulmonary cancer.Method 46 patients with ternimal stages of pulmonary eaneer were treaed with hronchina arterial infusion,observed and evaluated the responses after bronchia arterial infusion by compated tomography CT.Results All the patients were treated successfully, the side effects were slight,in the near future availability rate of 73.9%.Conclusion Bronchia arterial infusion chemotherapy is feasible and securable to the patients with terminal stages of pulmonary cance.
