摘　　要：综合十年来我国商业健康保险发展的各项相关数据,指出其发展困境所在,并结合实践探索商业健康保险的发展出路,认为参与中国基本医疗保障体系建设、发展管理式医疗和健康管理将成为我国商业健康保险发展的主要方向。This article comprehensively analysed ten years＇ related data of development in commercial health insurance, pointed out its developmental dilemma and explored the development directions of commercial health insurance combined with the practice. Development directions may be participating in construction of basic medical insurance system, managed care and health management.
