腭式破碎机肘板的研制

摘　　要：腭式破碎机的肘板除推动腭运动之外，还起着破碎工作时的过载保险作用，即当破碎腔中落入不易破碎材料如铁块时，肘板应立即断裂，从而起到保护其它部件的作用．针对腭式破碎机过载时肘板不断裂的问题，在试验的基础上，推出一种Ｃ型肘板，解决了肘板的过载保险问题．The toggle plate of the jaw crusher can not only push the movable jaw movement, but also has the function of insurance when the crusher is overloading. That is, the toggle plate should be immediately fractured when some uneasily_fractured materials fall in the crusher chamber. Thus, some other parts of the crusher have been surely protected. Considering the problem that the toggle plate of the jaw crusher is not fractured when the crusher is overloading, some researches on this field have been performed. Therefore, a kind of C_shaped toggle plate is produced and the insurance of the toggle plate is obtained even when the crusher is overloading.
