中美依托国民教育培养军事人才比较研究

摘　　要：美军依托国民教育培养军事人才,主要有利用后备军官训练团进行生长干部培养等四种模式。我军依托国民教育培养军事人才主要采取招收、选拔国防生等四种模式。通过对中美依托国民教育培养军事人才异同点进行比较研究,对做好我军依托培养工作具有重要的启示。There are four models used in cultivating military personnel by means of U.S.national education resources.For example,the Reserve Officers Training Corps in colleges can train military cadres to meet the needs of U.S.Army.Meanwhile,there are also four models in Chinese Army,such as the recruitment and selection of national defense students,etc.It is of great importance to make a comparative study on Chinese and American military personnel cultivation by means of national education resources.
