摘  要:三氧(O_3)是由三个氧原子构成的强氧化活性气体,几乎能与任何生物组织反应。医用三氧技术采用血液疗法和直肠灌注疗法,治疗安全可靠。三氧可激活红细胞代谢,增加ATP、2,3二磷酸甘油酸的含量,改善循环,促进组织供氧;激活免疫活性细胞,生成多种免疫活性因子;激活人体的抗氧化酶系统,清除氧化自由基。医用三氧技术在肿瘤放、化疗过程中的应用,能为瘤体内乏氧细胞的再氧合提供新的途径,能有效地改善肿瘤组织供氧,增加肿瘤对化疗和放疗的敏感性;同时还能提高人体免疫力,减轻放疗、化疗对细胞免疫的抑制,清除氧化自由基,消灭残留的肿瘤细胞,减少复发。Ozone ( O3 ) is a kind of strong oxidized active gas, composed by three oxygen atoms, which can respond nearly with any biological issues. Medical Ozone technology adopts hemotherapy and rectum irrigation therapy and it is safe and reliable. In the human body, Ozone can activate the red blood cell metabolism, increases ATP, the 2,3 - DPG content, improve the circulation, promote the organization to supply the oxygen, activate immune competent cell and the antioxidase system of the body, produce many kinds of immunity active factors and eliminate the oxidized free radical. In the course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, medical Ozone technology can provide a new way for the oxygen - deficiency cells to gather oxygen again in the tumors, improve the oxygen supply effectively for the tumor tissues, increase the sensitivity of tumors to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, enhance the human body immunity simultaneously, reduce the depression to the cellular immunity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, eliminates the recrudescence of oxidized free radical and residual tumor cell.
