摘　　要：目的：从＂天人相应＂和＂冶未病＂角度,探讨上消化道出血（UGB）的发病与节气和气象因子的关系.方法：回顾性分析近10年来闽西地区2166例UGB患者的发病节气,作圆形统计分析,计算此期间各节气UGB的发病例数,观察其发病的节气规律;应用双变量相关的统计方法分析UGB发病数与不同节气中的气象因子,包括最高气温、最低气温、平均气温、气温较差、雨日、降水量之间的相关性.结果：2166例UGB患者的发病在节气上存在集中性,发病高峰日处于大雪节气,高峰期为上年的处署至当年的春分.UGB与气温较差呈正相关（r=0.799,P=0.01）;与最低气温、平均气温、最高气温、降水量呈负相关（相关系数r分别为-0.832、-0.823、-0.758、-0.600,均P〈0.01）;与雨日呈负相关（相关系数r为-0.503,P〈0.05）.结论：UGB在平均气温较低、温差较大时段,尤其是大雪节气较容易发病.从＂治未病＂理念出发,对UGB要未病先防、已病防变、瘥后防复,应将重点放在在处暑至次年的春分,气候（气温）变化剧烈或急骤时,尤其是大雪节气前后,要＂虚邪贼风,避之有时＂.Objective： From Angle of heaven corresponding and treating in furture, to investigate relationship of UGB and climatic characteristics. Methods： The incidence solar term of 2166 UGB patients within recent 10 years and analyzed by circular statistical analysis. The peak phase of incidence of UGB was calculated. The characteristics of the incidence solar term of UGB were observed. Relationship of UGB incidence with solar term alternation, average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, daily temperature difference, raining days and precipitation during different solar terms was investigated by bivariatean statistical analysis. Results： There was significant difference on the solar term of the peak phase of incidence in great snow. The incidence of UGB was higher between the limit of heat and the spring equinox in next year. UGB incidence was positive correlated to daily temperature difference in different solar terms （r=0,799, P〈0.01）; It was negative correlated to minimum temperature, average temperature, maximum temperature and precipitation in different solar terms （r=0.832,-0.823,-0.758,-0.600, P〈0.01）; It was negative correlated to raining days in different solar terms （r =-0.503, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The incidence of UGB is easy to happen in the solar term that the temperature is lower and the temperature difference is obvious, especially in before and after great snow. Considering from the concept of preventive treatment of diseases, prevent disease, prevent worsen and prevent recurrent should guild to treat UGB therefore the prevention of UGB should be strengthened during the limit of heat and the spring equinox in next year. When the climate or the temperature change severe or rapid, specially in before and after great snow, it is necessary to avoid the attach of the exterior wind-cold.
