摘　　要：以实际工程项目为背景,主要介绍利用S7-300 PLC实现深孔镀铬工艺的自动控制。重点阐述了系统软件设计,包括工艺流程的控制设计、工件到位信号的判断设计以及长时间精确定时器的算法设计。In this paper,based on an application example,the main introduction realizes the deep hole chrome-plating craft automatic control with S7-300 PLC.The paper focuses on system software design,including process control design,the judgment of the work piece in place the signal design and a long accurate timer algorithm design.
