摘　　要：通过比较分析委托开发、自主开发、合作开发与购入ERP系统这4种开发模式的特点,运用层级过程法,通过建立递阶层次结构和判断矩阵,并结合定性评价和定量评价,对ERP系统开发模式进行评价与排序,为企业ERP系统的实施提供科学的参考。研究表明:层级过程法在ERP开发模式选择决策中是一种实用、有效的方法,有较好的应用价值。The Article analyzes and compares the characteristics of the four kinds of development modes including commission development,self-development,joint development and purchasing ERP system,and then evaluate and sort these four modes with the methods of AHP,setting up hierarchical structure judge matrix,and qualitative quantitative evaluation,so as to supply the scientific reference on the ERP system implementation for enterprises.It＇s known from the research that AHP is the practical and effective method on determining the development mode of ERP system,with the good applicable value.
