摘 要:针对高速公路发生突发交通事件,通过VISSIM仿真软件模拟事发后采取各种疏导措施的实施效果。为便于措施的分析与决策,采用事发点通过交通量、平均排队长度和平均延误3个指标表征实施效果,依据实施效果对各措施特点及实施条件进行研究。通过多目标决策技术,结合仿真结果进行了最优措施决策,并依据措施的分析结果对最优决策结果进行了进一步的确定,保证了决策过程的可靠性。结果表明,该决策过程及决策方法简单实用,便于操作,在高速公路遭遇突发交通事件时能根据事发状态迅速进行疏导措施的决策选取。When sudden traffic incidents occur on the freeway, the congestion queuing will usually be caused. VISSIM was used to simulate the implementation effect after each dispersion measure. Three indicators including traffic volume, average queue length and average delay were used to replace the implementation effect for ease of analysis and decision-making of the measure. Based on the implementation effect, the characteristics of the measures and the conditions to implement were studied. Multi-objective decision-making technology and simulation result were used to decide the best measure, which was further determined based on the measure analysis, to ensure the reliability of the decision-making process. The result shows that the decision-making process and method are simple and easy to be operated. According to the incident state, the traffic dispersion methods can be selected quickly.
