摘　　要：通过对突发交通事件后高速道路局部交通状态的演变过程的分解,分析了事发点各阶段的通行能力,定义了突发交通事件后高速公路有效通行能力系数。针对引起局部车道临时关闭的不同类型的突发交通事件,利用VISSIM仿真软件进行微观交通仿真,分析仿真评价文件得出了不同类型突发交通事件后高速公路有效通行能力修正表。By disassembling the process of local traffic state after traffic incident, the capacity in each phase of the unexpected incident on expressway was analyzed, and the effective capacity factor of expressway after unexpected traffic incident was defined. The simulation software VISSIM was used to microscopically simulate different types of unexpected traffic events which result in temporary closure of some lanes. Based on the simulation evaluation documents, the correction table of effective capacity of expressway after unexpected traffic incident was obtained.
