摘　　要：近视眼是眼科最常见的疾病之一,特别是青中年高度近视对工作、学习带来极大不利,而至今尚无有效治疗方法。虽然摘除透明晶体的Fukala氏手术已有很久历史,但由于常有严量并发症如葡萄膜炎,继发性青光眼,眼内出血、视网膜脱离等尚未得到广泛承认和普遍开展。我们自1986年起探索出一些实践将现代囊外白内障手术技术和显微手术技术应用于此手术,摸索出一些透明晶体现代囊外摘除的方法和体会,并采取一系列现代眼科技术措施防止并发症,使此手术变得安全可靠,效果明显提高。我们认为有进一步研究和报导价值。The authors have adopted modern outecapsule catlact surgerytechnigue and microsurgery technique in transparent lens exciseing tocorrect high myopy. In the operations on 284 eyes (X=-21.8D) with 3-27 month's follow-up. the average value of myopy diopter is found tobe reduced by 20.5D. While theaverage value of far sight is found tobe increased by 0.6 The complications are: temporary glaucoma, uveitisand the posterior capsule which becomes thick. The rate of retinaldetachment is 1.4% (4 eyes). the authors believe that thiskind ofoperation is safe, reliable, simple. highly effective and it would befurther reseached.
