摘　　要：文章讨论了教育信息化产品技术标准研究的两大核心问题:规范与应用,阐述了制订教育信息化产品技术标准的基本原则,提出了以应用为本建立技术规范内容框架的基本思路。This paper focuses on two crucial aspects,regulation and application,in the standardization of educational technology product.It discusses the principle by which the technical standard of educational technology product is stipulated,and proposes the idea that the framework of technical standard in educational technology should be constructed on the basis of its application.
