摘　　要：在当前各个学校的后勤工作逐步走向社会化的大背景下,通过何种方法对学校多媒体教室进行建设管理,才能适应社会化的需要?文中对多媒体教室服务外包的方式进行了详细阐述,并对学校自行购买、自己管理的方式与服务外包方式进行了可靠性对比分析,二种方式之间的运行成本做了比较,并提出了一些具体的做法供大家参考。The paper emphasized on construction and management about Service Outsourcing of multimedia classroom,so as to adapt the college＇s logistical work to the needs of socialization.It analyzed the reliability and economically about the college purchasing and managing the Service Outsourcing plan,then compared the two operation cost and put forward the some specific methods for reference.
