新一代视频编码在教育视频资源中的应用

摘　　要：在对高清电视和三网融合环境下视频应用特点进行分析的基础上,介绍了三种新一代高效视频编码标准的技术特点和各自的应用所长,进而探讨新一代视频压缩编码技术在教育视频资源建设中的具体应用。内容包括数字视频应用域和视频编码的分层结构,不同应用阶段对图像质量冗余的要求,视频压缩优化与编码参数配置的关系。Based on the Video applications for HDTV and IPTV,The paper introduced standard of new Video encode,and then explored the applications of video encoding technology of New generation in education resources,which included digital video application domain with the hierarchical structure of video encoder,the quality redundancy in the use of digital video at different stages,the corresponding encode parameter to configure.
