摘  要:目的了解新疆和田地区洛浦县、墨玉县、和田县(以下简称3个县)60岁以上老人及长寿老人的饮食习惯、膳食种类、营养素摄入量等饮食结构与健康长寿的关系。方法对和田地区3个县60岁以上老人及长寿老人饮食及营养状况进行问卷调查,了解其膳食中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物等营养素摄入量和特殊食品巴旦木、核桃、葡萄干、缩可马克(核桃+葡萄干+蜂蜜+玉米粉混合制成的营养粉)、蜂蜜、玫瑰酱、枸杞子以及每人每日摄入葡萄、苹果、梨子、西瓜、甜瓜和杏子等新鲜水果的情况。结果平均每人每天营养素的供给量与每日建议量标准(RDA)比较,蛋白质、VE、VC、锌、硒供给量超过标准,而热量、碳水化合物及钙的供给量低于标准。蜂蜜、巴旦木、葡萄干、核桃、缩可马克摄入量3个县差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而玫瑰酱、枸杞子的摄入量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。每人每日摄入新鲜苹果、葡萄和梨子的量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而摄入西瓜、甜瓜和杏子的量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该地区维吾尔族老人的健康长寿与当地的饮食结构,饮食习惯、地理环境等因素以及合理饮食和生活方式有关。Objective To study the relationship between diet construction of diet,nutritional status,nutrient intake and so on and health and longevity of more than 60years old people and longevity of Lop County,Moyu County and Hetian County(shorter formed 3countries)in Hetian Prefecture area.Methods Sixty years of age and longevity at the elderly were on diet and nutrition survey of the 3counties in Hetian Prefecture area,making the analysis of the intake of protein,fat,carbohydrates and other nutrients;the analysis of the intake of Padan wood,raisins,walnuts,and Suoke Mark(nutrition powder mixed with walnuts,raisins,honey and corn flour),honey,rose sauce,fruits of Chinese wolfberry;the analysis of the average intake of fresh apples,grapes,pears watermelons,muskmelons and apricots per person per day.Results The average daily supply of nutrients compared with the Recommended Daily Allowance(RDA),protein,VE,VC,zinc,selenium supply largely exceeded the standard,while the thermal energy,carbohydrates nutrition and calcium supply was less than the standard.The intake of honey,Padan wood,raisins,medlar and Suoke Mark reduced the number of marks,with significant differences(P〈 0.05);while rose sauce,walnuts were the number of no statistical significance(P〈0.05).The average intake of fresh apples,grapes,pears,watermelons,muskmelons and apricots per person per day were significantly different(P〈0.05).The intake of watermelons,muskmelons and apricots are the number of no statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusion The Uygur elderly health and longevity associated with diet,eating habits and geographical environment and other factors.This passage has important practical significance for understanding the diet and health status of longevity,improving the people's life expectancy.
