组织黏合剂注射联合套扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价国产组织黏合剂内镜下注射联合套扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的疗效。方法:28例食道胃底静脉曲张患者于出血72h内行国产组织黏合剂注射联合套扎治疗并观察疗效。结果:急诊止血率达100%,胃底静脉曲张消失16例(57.1%),食管曲张静脉套扎总有效率78.6%,其中显效8例(28.6%),有效15例(53.6%),无效5例(17.9%),未出现严重并发症。结论:国产组织黏合剂内镜下注射联合套扎是治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的有效方法,临床上有较强的应用价值。Objective To evalute the clinical effect of tissue adhesive a-cyanoacrylate alkyl injection accompanied by Esophageal Varicosis ligation（EVL）in the treatment of esophagogastric Varices.Methods 28 cases of esophagogastric Varices,who underwent endoscope injection of tissue adhesive and EVL in 72 hours from hemorrhage,were seudied.Results The insteneous hemostatic vates were 100% the total effective vate of EVL was 78.6% and no serious complications were found.Conclution Endoscopic injection of tissue adhesive made in ehina accompanied by EVL wal an effective treatment to esophagogastric varices.It coutd be recommended in clinics.
