摘 要:现有研究表明供应链伙伴关系可显著提升供应链上下游企业绩效,但鲜有文献通过大样本财务及经营数据给予验证。文章运用面板数据分析方法考察供应链伙伴关系与企业绩效的关系。结果发现供应商伙伴关系与企业运营绩效无关,与财务绩效正相关;销售商伙伴关系与企业运营绩效和财务绩效均正相关。分行业分析发现行业之间存在差异,造成行业差异的原因在于行业特性和国内制造企业供应链管理的发展阶段。最后提出了国内制造企业提升供应链伙伴关系的若干有益建议。Many literatures draw the conclusions that supply chain partnership can improve supply chain' performance. But major of them are case study or concept framework analysis. This paper investigates effects of supplier-manufacturer partnership and manufacturer-retailer partnership by panel data analysis. We find strong evidence that supplier-manufacturer partnership has no relationship with operations per- formance and positive relationship with finance performance. Manufacturer-retailer partnership has positive effect both on operations per- formance and finance performance. Additionally this paper draws diversity conclusions from subdivision manufacturing industry. This pa- per concludes that the development stages of subdivision manufacturing industry supply chain management and subdivision manufacturing industry's characteristics are the main reasons for these counterintuitive results.
