摘　　要：目的：探讨中心静脉导管引流恶性胸腔积液后注入榄香烯乳护理工作。方法：对32例采用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液后注入榄香烯的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组32例患者手术治疗完全缓解6例，部分缓解15例，无效11例。结论：做好患者的心理护理、改善营养状况、引流管的护理、药物不良反应的护理，有效地减少了术后并发症，是促进患者术后康复的重要措施。Objective： To investigate nursing of central venous catheter drainage of malignant pleural effusion into eiemene. Methods： 32 patients taking central venous catheter into the pleural effusion of elemene clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The surgical treatment of 32 patients 6 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 15 cases, ineffective in 11 cases. Conclusion： Good psychological care of patients, improve the status of nutrition, nursing of drainage tube, nursing of adverse drug reactions, effective in reducing postoperative complications.
