摘 要:目的实现学生在线共享教学资源、交互学习,提高护理专业学生的毕业作业质量。方法以2007级30名护理专科班学生为观察组,研制护理专科毕业作业即整体护理计划的交互式教学和生成系统,包括毕业作业视频指导、案例分析、语音经典案例和护理计划的生成系统4个模块;学生进入系统学习,并在系统内完成、提交作业,教师进行指导与审核。与采用传统教学模式的30名2006级学生(对照组)进行作业成绩的比较。结果观察组作业成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组100%学生认为4个模块对完成毕业作业及学习很有帮助和有帮助。结论采用毕业作业护理计划交互性教学系统教学,其交互性好,可提高学生的毕业作业质量。Objective To allow students to share teaching resources online and study interactively, and to improve quality of nursing students′ graduation assignments.Methods Thirty associate nursing students of grade 2007 were assigned to an observation group. Interactive teaching system for graduation assignments plan (holistic nursing care plan) was designed, including such 4 modules as video instruction of graduation assignments, case analysis, voice assisted typical case analysis and nursing plan generating system. Students in the observation group completed and submitted their assignments by using the system, and teachers employed the system instruction and verification. Thirty students of grade 2006 were subjected to conventional teaching model (control group). Quality of graduation assignments was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of graduation assignments in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01), and 100% students of the observation group convinced that 4 modules played an important role in learning.Conclusion Use of interactive teaching system for graduation assignments plan can improve quality of graduation assignments.
