摘　　要：本文通过牛栏江-滇池补水工程二等GPS平面控制网建立的实例，对高等级GPS测量控制网从设计、观测到数据处理及成果的可靠性验证进行了探讨。taking the establishment of the second-class GPS plane control network of Niulan River - Dian Lake Water-replenishment Project, this paper probes into the design, observation, data processing and result reliability verification of high-class GPS survey control network.
