摘 要:目的:比较4种室温固化基托材料的力学性能,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:根据ISO1567标准,使用不锈钢模具制备试样,在试验机上测定材料的弯曲强度、弹性模量、冲击强度、布氏硬度。结果:4种室温固化PMMA材料(Tokuyama、日进、贺利氏、上齿)的弯曲强度顺序为:日进≥上齿≈贺利氏>TOKUYAMA。弹性模量和冲击强度的顺序为:日进≈上齿≈贺利氏>TOKUYAMA。布氏硬度的顺序为:日进≈上齿>贺利氏≈TOKUYAMA。结论:4种室温固化基托材料相比较TOKUYAMA弯曲强度最低,日进的弯曲强度近似最高。日进、上齿与贺利氏三者的弹性模量和冲击强度相似,TOKUYAMA弹性模量和冲击强度最低。日进与上齿的硬度高于贺利氏与TOKUYAMA。Objective To compare the mechanical properties of four kinds of room curing denture materials for clinical work to provide the theoretical basis.Method According to the ISO1567 standard,with the stainless steel molds prepared samples.Flexural strength,elastic modulus,impact strength and Brinell hardness were measured on the test machine.Results The four kinds of room temperature curing PMMA materials as Tokuyama ( TO) ,Nisshin ( NI) ,Heraeus ( HE) ,Shanghai Dental ( SH) of the bending strength in the order: NI ≥ SH ≈ HE TO.Elastic modulus and impact strength in the order: NI≈ SH ≈ HE TO.Brinell hardness in the order: NI ≈ SH HE ≈ TO.Conclusion The four kinds of room curing denture materials flexural strength are compared: TO approximate dates into the lowest flexural strength,NI maximum.Elastic modulus and impact strength of NI,HE and SH is similar,TO is the lowest.The hardness of NI and SH are higher than HE and TO.
