术前超声检查预测贲门癌切除可行性的临床评价

摘　　要：对１３６例经病理证实的贲门癌患者术前进行超声检查并预测手术可行性，然后与手术对比研究。发现Ｂ超对手术的预测较其它检查方法更为准确，且无痛苦，并可进行动态观察。认为Ｂ超对其它检查方法难以解决的腔外块影、腔外生长大小，以及胃壁的浸润大小则更为特长。To assess the resectability ultrsonic examination was performed pre operation in the patients with cardial cancer confirmed by pathology Then ultrasonic findings were compared with the exploratory findings during the operation We found that it is more accurate and painless than other methods Dynamic observation was ultrasonic feature when we did the strong point was that it can reveal the mass image of outside gaster or depth and extent of the tumor invasion to the gastric wall,adjacent structures and oragns which was difficult to solve with other methods
