摘 要:为了提高叉车柴油机的高原适应性,在内燃机高海拔(低气压)性能模拟试验台上,对490BPG柴油机进行了不同海拔高度下的性能模拟试验研究。分析了海拔高度的变化对柴油机进气特性、动力性、经济性以及排温的影响,研究了柴油机最大转矩、最低燃油消耗率及其对应转速随海拔高度的变化关系。结果表明:海拔每升高1000m,柴油机的进气量平均下降8.3%,有效功率平均下降3%~15%,燃油消耗率平均增加3%~16%,排气温度平均上升1.5%~4.5%;海拔高度的变化对高速区动力性能影响较大,低速区次之,海拔5500m与平原相比,柴油机高转速(2650r/min)时功率和转矩下降43.11%,低转速(1100r/min)时功率和转矩下降36.76%。In order to improve the adaptability of diesel engine on internal combustion forklift used in plateau,the performance of 490BPG diesel engine at different high altitudes was investigated on engine test bed for simulating high altitude(1ow air pressure).The effects of altitude on engine performance of intake gas,power,economy performance and exhaust temperature were analyzed.The variation of maximum engine torque,minimum fuel consumption and relevant rotate speed with altitude were researched.With the altitude increasing every 1 000 m,the engine intake mass of diesel engine decreases by 8.3%,the power decreases by 3%~15%,the specific fuel consumption increases by 3%~16%,and the exhaust temperature increases by 1.5%~4.5%;The influence of altitude on engine power performance at higher engine speed is greatest,the lower speed is secondary,by contrast with the flatlands,the engine torque and power with the altitude at 5 500 m and engine speed at 2 650 r/min decreases within 43.11%,engine speed at 1 100 r/min decreases within 36.76%.
