摘　　要：目的探讨护理病历质量管理中的环节质量控制方法，达到提高护理病历书写质量的目的。方法采取对护理病历的事前、事中、事后的环节质量控制的方法。结果比较2007年和2010年的全院乙级病历单项否决发生率，发现控制前后存在明显差别，（P〈0．05），且控制后每年病历质量评分成逐年上升趋势。结论只有采取对护理病历的各个过程的多层次的环节质量控制，才能降低乙级病历单项否决发生率，提高护理病历书写质量。Objective ：To clarify the the way of process quality control in the management of nursing history quality. Methods：Applying process quality control to the management of nursing history in advance, in the process and afterward from 2007 to 2010. Results： The mono- mial rejection rate in inferior case history of our hospital in the year of 2007 and 2010 is significantly different （P 〈 0.05 ） before and after the process quality control, and the quality score of ease history is increaseing after the deployment of process quality control. Conclusions ：The monomial rejection rate in inferior case history can be reduced and the quality of nursing history be improved only if the quality control was applied to each progress and multistrata to the management of nursing history.
