摘　　要：介绍了几类遗传算法在RNA二级结构预测中的应用,并探讨该领域进一步的研究方向。The application of several kinds of genetic algorithm in the prediction of the secondary structure of RNA was introduced. The direction of the further research in this field was also explored.
