地衣Fulgensia fulgens共生藻的培养研究及其固沙生态学意义

摘　　要：通过组织培养法对所采集的地衣标本Fulgensia fulgens共生藻进行了分离和培养,对其固体和液体培养条件及其生长特性进行了研究。结果表明,在pH值6,碳源为20%葡萄糖的培养液中,Fulgensia fulgens共生藻生长最快;在pH值3,碳源为20%麦芽糖的培养液中,Fulgensia fulgens共生藻生长最慢。The photobiont were isolated from Fulgensia fulgens using tissue culture method.The solid and liquid culture conditions and growth properties were studied.The results showed that in the culture solution with pH value 6 and 20% glucose,the growth of photobiont was fastest,while in culture solution with pH value 3 and 20% maltose,the growth was slowest.
