摘　　要：探析明代徽州典商的繁盛现象,其因由有四:在徽商崛起的动因中蕴涵着重视货币借贷业之端;明代白银货币化成为这个时期典当业发展的强劲推动力;宗族势力可视为徽典走盛的重要支撑;时人谈论徽典盛状应是掺有"水分"的。The reasons why Huizhou pawn merchants could dominate the Chinese pawn industry in Ming can be generalized into four facts：a strong trend among the people of Huizhou to deal in the debit and credit of money led their engage in trading.The silver monetization impelled the development of the pawn industry rapidly.The Patriarchal Clans of Huizhou were the backbones for the rise of the Huizhou pawn merchants.The ancients＇ words about the strong station of the Huizhou pawn merchants should be taken with a grain of salt.
