摘 要:本文以自发性开放式的言谈角色扮演收集到的数据为基础,研究道歉言语行为在以汉语为母语者中的使用情况。文章通过和其他语言的比较研究,着力分析了汉语道歉语中的言外之力表达法(IFID)这一重要策略、它的语言形式及语义特征,并且解释了汉语IFID为什么具有这些特征:这主要与中国人对"面子"和"谦虚"的理解相关。文章的另一焦点是分析在话语中对话者如何使用不同道歉及道歉回应策略,尤其关注话轮转换中对话者的互动特点,并且发现在实现道歉言语行为过程中,被道歉者/听者起到了与道歉者/说者同样重要的作用。This paper has studied one commonly used speech act: apology in Chinese based on the data elicited from spontaneous open role-plays. By comparing Chinese with other languages, it has particularly analyzed the IFID strategy for apology in Chinese, its linguistic and semantic traits and tried to explain the reason why IFID in Chinese have these traits, which is related to the concept of Chinese face and the norm of modesty. The other focus is to analyze the different strategies which help to realize an apology in discourse, paying special attention to the interactive traits of the turntakings in discourse and find the hearer (apologizee) as well as the speaker (apologizer) plays an important role in fulfilling an apology.
