摘  要:矿物绝缘油中腐蚀性硫与铜绕组在一定条件下会反应生成硫化亚铜(Cu2S),目前该物质被认为是影响变压器/电抗器等大型电力设备绝缘性能的主要因素。通过实验研究发现:绝缘纸表面附有Cu2S后,会导致绝缘纸的介电常数变大,同时工频击穿电压降低;采用Pig-tail模型,通过有限元原理进一步仿真研究了绝缘纸层中渗入不同程度的Cu2S时周围的电场分布情况。结果表明:绕组包覆的绝缘纸层中附有Cu2S后会影响与之相邻的油-纸绝缘层的电位分布,油-纸绝缘层上分布的最大场强增长率与Cu2S在绝缘纸中的渗入程度呈指数递增关系,此外,通过量化分析还得出了绝缘纸层中"允许"渗入Cu2S的"极限百分比"。研究结果为今后准确评估Cu2S对电力设备安全运行的危害及相关寿命预测提供了参考依据。The corrosive sulfur in mineral insulation oil will react with copper winding and form copper sulfide under certain condition,and Cu2S is considered as the main culprit that will deteriorate the insulation performance of largescale transformers and reactors.Based on the experimental and FEM simulation(Pig-tail model was adopted)results,some conclusion can be drawn as follows:when copper sulfide is deposited on the insulation paper,the permittivity of insulation paper will increase and the breakdown voltage will decrease simultaneously;the deposition of Cu2S in insulation paper will also affect the electric equipotential contour of the nearby paper layers,and the distribution of maximum electric strength and the infiltration rate of Cu2S in insulation paper are in an exponential growth.Besides,a"permitted""limited percent"for Cu2S penetrating into insulation layers is obtained by some quantitative analyses.The results are favorable for evaluating the risk of Cu2S and some related life prediction for electrical equipment.
