摘　　要：在深入探讨网络计划时间参数概念内涵的基础上，提出了网络计划时间参数的一套程式化计算模式，该模式的意义是改善网络计划时间参数的手算操作性，并使计算准确性和计算速度均能得以提高。Based on analysis of contest and content of time elements in network schedule,the author has set up a set of standard models for time elements'calculation,which will improve traditional manual calculation method,the accuracy will therefore be increased and time saved.
