摘 要:目的对410对不良孕产史夫妇染色体核型进行临床分析,探讨染色体畸变与不良孕产史的关系。方法用常规方法制备外周血淋巴细胞染色体标本,对410对不良孕产史夫妇患者进行染色体G显带核型分析。结果 410对不良孕产史夫妇中检出异常染色体核型49例,占受检夫妇的5.98%;其中常染色体结构异常占22.45%;性染色体数目异常占6.12%;性染色体结构异常占6.12%;染色体异染色质区变异占65.31%。结论染色体畸变是导致不孕不育、反复自发流产、生育死胎、畸胎的重要因素,对不良孕产史的患者应检查夫妻双方的染色体,以排除染色体畸变的可能。Objective To analyze chromosome karyotype of 410 couples with cacoethic pregnancy and investigate the relationship of chromosome aberration and cacoethic pregnancy. Methods Chromosomal karyotypes were detected in 410 couples with cacoethic pregnancy by periphery blood lymphocyte culture and G banding staining. Results Fourty-nine cases with abnormal chromosome were detected in 410 couples with cacoethic pregnancy (5.98%). Among them, autosomal structural abnormality accounted for 22.4%; the number of sex chromosome abnormality accounted for 6.1%; the structural abnormality of sex chromosome accounted for 6.1% and heterochromatic region mutations accounted for 65.3%. Conclusion Chromosomal aberration was an important factor for incidence of infertility, repeated spontaneous abortion, stillbirth and monsters. For patients with cacoethic pregnancy, the chromosome of patients and their spouse should be analyzed so as to exclude the possibility of chromosomal aberration
