地区法制化进程对企业专利投资的影响研究——基于产权特征的实证分析

摘　　要：基于专利投资的强度、结构和效益三个维度,本文实证分析了法制化程度对企业专利投资的影响。研究表明:(1)随着法制化程度的提高,企业总体的专利资产投资强度、发明型专利投入比例与专利投资价值同步增加;(2)法制进程对专利投资强度和结构的影响,因产权控制特征和归属级别的不同而存在明显的差异;(3)在法制化程度较低的地区,企业专利投资具有更高的边际价值效应。Influence of the regional legalization process on the enterprise patent investment is studied empirically based on the level,structure and benefit——the three aspects of patent investment.The results show that：（1）the total level of enterprise patent assets investment,the input ratio of created patent and the value of patent investment increased simultaneously with the enhancement of legalization extent;（2）the influence of the legalization process on the enterprise patent investment level and structure exist no significant differences when the control characteristics and series of property right are different;（3）in the region with lower legalization level,enterprise patent investment has higher marginal utility.
