摘　　要：目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者体内HBV逆转录酶区A181T突变的临床意义。方法在诊断为慢性乙型肝炎的患者中选择单独A181T突变的病例156例及HBV逆转录酶区无突变的病例236例,检测其体内HBsAg、HBVDNA、ALT的量值,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者HBsAg、HBVDNA、ALT水平的差异无统计学意义。结论 HBV逆转录酶区单独A181T突变对慢性乙型肝炎患者体内HBsAg、HBVDNA、ALT的水平没有明显影响。Objective To study the clinical significance of A 181T mutation alone in HBV reverse transcriptase region of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods HBsAg, HBV DNA and ALT levels were measured in 156 patients with A181T mutant alone and in 236 patients without mutant in HBV reverse transcriptase region. The data were analyzed. Results No statistical difference was found in HBsAg, HBV DNA and ALT levels between the two groups. Conclusion A181T mutation alone in HBV reverse transcriptase region of chronic hepatitis B patients has no significant effect on HBsAg, HBV DNA and ALT levels.
