阿托品与美多丽-P在学龄期儿童扩瞳验光中的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较两种睫状肌麻痹剂在学龄期儿童扩瞳验光后的验光数值和舒适度。方法:96名学龄期儿童,192眼。每例先后用美多丽-P及1%阿托品扩瞳验光取得验光数值与舒适度值,做自身对照。结果:球镜结果相差0.25D以内的总计有180眼,占93.75%;球镜结果相差0.25D或以上的总计有12眼,占6.25%。用配对t检验,P>0.05。舒适度统计,1%阿托品组为10分;美多丽-P组为2分。t检验,P<0.01。结论:美多丽-P眼水用于学龄期儿童屈光不正的扩瞳验光准确度高,并且使用方便,舒适度高。Obljective：To compare the effects of mydrin and atropine on optometry value and satisfaction degree of school-age children after mydriatie optometry.Methods：A total of 96 children of school age,and 192 eyes were examined in this research. Each case were subject to mydriatie optometry by mydrin and 1% atropine to obtain optometry value and satisfaction degree.Results：Spherical equivalent refraction results showed that 180 eyes have a difference within 0.25D,acenunting for 93.75%;12 eyes have a difference more than 0.25D,aceounting for 6.25%.Paired t test showed that P〉0.05. Satisfaction degree results showed that 1% atropine group is 10 points and mydrin was more than 2 points, t test showed that P〈0.01.Conclusion：The mydrin eyes water is accurate,easy to use and comfortable when used in school-age children for mydriatic optometry of refractive errors.
