贲门癌经腹切除术27例分析

摘　　要：目的:总结贲门癌经腹切除术的临床经验。方法:对27例贲门癌,通过腹部切口,或扩大食管裂孔,或在后纵膈进行食道下端游离,进行病灶切除和淋巴结清扫,用吻合器对食道下端和残胃进行吻合。结果:27例贲门癌切除术均获得成功。无一例发生吻合口漏,生存时间和局部复发以及淋巴结转移时间于经胸手术无差异。结论:贲门癌经腹切除术,创伤小,对于心肺功能影响小,便于术后管理,恢复快。特别适合术前有心肺疾病的患者。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of cardiac transabdominal hysterectomy.Methods：27 patients with cardiac,by abdominal incision,or expand the esophageal hiatus,or in the lower esophagus after mediastinal be free,for lesion resection and lymph node dissection,with the stapling of the lower esophagus and remnant stomach were consistent.Results：27 cases of cardiac surgery were successful No case of anastomotic leakage, local recurrence and survival time and lymph node metastasis by thoracic surgery at no time difference. Conclusion：Cardiac abdominal surgery, trauma,heart and lung function for a small,easy to postoperative management, and rapid recovery Particularly suitable for preoperative patients with cardiopulmonary disease.
