摘　　要：目的探讨脑干腹侧胶质瘤显微外科治疗的手术方法、结果。方法回顾性分析12例脑干腹侧胶质瘤的临床资料、显微外科治疗方法和随访结果。结果近全切除7例,大部切除5例。术后2例肢体无力好转,2例不变,4例为一过性加重,3例轻微加重,1例四肢瘫。无手术死亡。平均随访25.1个月,失访1例,正常工作生活5例,生活自理1例,需要照顾1例,死亡4例。结论尽管手术危险困难,显微外科治疗脑干腹侧胶质瘤可以取得良好的疗效。Objective To Investigate microsurgical treatment and result of ventral brainstem gliomas. Methods The clinical data and follow-up results of 12 ventral brainstem gliomas were retrospectively reviewed. All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results Subtotal resection was achieved in 7 children. Mostly resection was obtained in 5 children. Hemiparesis was improved in 2 cases, remained unchanged in 2, transient deteriorated in 4, mild deteriorated in 3, quadriplegia in one. The operative mortality was zero. With a mean follow-up of 25. 1 months, 5 were back to work, one lived independently, one need assistance, 4 died, and one withdraw. Conclusions Although the surgery is dangerous and difficult, the result of microsurgical treatment ventral brainstem gliomas is satisfied.
