摘　　要：教师教学质量评估是教学管理的重要环节,是提高高校整体教学质量和办学效益的重要手段。因此依据教学规律,构建科学、合理的教学质量评估系统,具有十分重要的意义。本文主要论述了教师教学质量评估系统的建立过程,从该系统设计的体系结构入手,详细论述了系统设计思路、系统功能模块以及系统工作流程,并对教学质量评估系统的用户、静态结构、行为交互次序及数据变换进行分析。Teaching quality assessment is an important part of teaching management is to improve the overall Higher quality and efficiency of teaching an important tool.Therefore,based on teaching law,build a scientific and rational assessment of teaching quality system,is of great significance.This article discusses the teaching quality assessment system building process,from designing the system architecture,a detailed discussion of the design of system,system function and system processes,and users of the system of teaching quality assessment,static structure,behavior interactive sequence analysis and data transformation.
