摘　　要：目的：观察胺碘酮治疗ICU顽固性室性心律失常的疗效。方法：对212例ICU顽固性心律失常患者采用胺碘酮治疗，观察其治疗效果及不良反应。结果：治疗有效率为92．92％，不良反应发生率为7．08％。结论：胺碘酮可有效治疗ICU顽固性室性心律失常，值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of amiodarone on the ICU patients with refractory ventricular arrhythmia Methods 212 patients were treated with amiodarone, the therapeutic effect and untoward reaction were investigated. Results The effective percentage was 92.92% and the incidence of untoward reaction was 7.08%. Conclusions Amiodarone could effectively control the refractory ventricular arrhythmia, and it would deserve to be widely used in clinic.
