摘　　要：文章从理论研究上选取交易费用经济学的视角,评述相关修正性和发散性的纵向一体化动因研究体系,同时梳理了经验研究中纵向一体化的测量手段及效果,以此作为理论演进的有效补充。This paper reviews revised and divergent researches on the motivations of vertical integration from an evolutionary perspective of transaction cost economics, and rationalizes measurements and consequences of vertical integration in empirical studies, so as to make effective complimentary to theoretical evolution.
