摘　　要：房地产业是资金密集型的产业,房地产的发展离不开金融业的支持和投入,近几年房地产价格上涨过快,资金过于依赖银行,给金融业带来巨大风险,因此分析和防范房地产金融风险,对保证我国房地产金融市场安全具有重要意义。The real estate is a capital-intensive industry which can not develop without the supports and investment of financial industry.Recently,the price of the real estate has increased so rapidly and the capital relied on banks so much that it brought enormous risks to financial industry.Therefore,the analysis and defense of the risks has important significance for guaranteeing the financial market safety.
